COVID-19 POLICY

Providing safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues is always a top priority. MASON remains committed to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

ARRIVAL AT MASON

  • Temperature check is mandatory for all guests and associates entering the resort.
  • Anyone with body temperature higher than 37.5 C are not allowed to enter the resort.
  • It is also mandatory to wear masks while inside the resort. If you do not have it, we will prepare for you.
  • Sanitizing hands before entry.
  • Vaccinated record of all checked-in guests.

FRONT DESK

  • Please use cashless payment whenever possible i.e. credit card or Bank Transfer.
  • We apply social distancing measure at the Front Desk with the floor marking.
  • All equipment at the front desk i.e. table, pen, folder, key card, umbrella are sanitized after each usage.

VILLA SERVICE

  • Villa service equipment is sanitized after each usage.
  • Temperature check is mandatory for all guests and associates entering the restaurant.
  • Anyone with body temperature higher than 37.5 C are not allowed to enter the restaurant.
  • Contactless service – HANDIGO

DINING/DRINKING AT RESTAURANTS

  • All meals will be served a la carte basis and served at your table.
  • Physical distancing seating arrangement applied hence the seating capacity is reduced to half.
  • Temperature check is mandatory for all guests and associates entering the restaurant.
  • Anyone with body temperature higher than 37.5 C are not allowed to enter the restaurant.
  • It is also mandatory to wear masks while inside the restaurant. If you do not have it, we will prepare for you.
  • Hand sanitizer and temperature check are available at the entrance.
  • Alcohol spray is also available at each table.
  • All kitchen work station, knives, chopping boards are cleaned and sanitized.

FITNESS STUDIO

  • Maximum 3 persons can use the FITNESS STUDIO at the same time for maximum one hour.
  • Advance reservation is required to ensure social distancing protocol.
  • Fitness equipment usage is arranged with proper distancing between the guests.
  • Fitness equipment usage is sanitized after each usage.

SKY POOL

  • Sunbeds are arranged for the proper physical distancing.
  • Sunbeds and tables are sanitized after each usage.

ELEVATOR

  • Only maximum 4 people per ride is allowed at the respective floor marking.
  • High-touch points, are frequently and regularly cleaned and disinfected.

VILLAS

  • The VILLA cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting are scheduled on a daily basis.
  • All linens to be changed daily. However if you wish to change the linen more or less frequent please let us know.
  • Our house service will wear protective equipment when cleaning the villa
  • Contactless service – HANDIGO

DEPARTURE

  • We encourage you to use cashless payments if possible.
